Automatic Material Mixing Equipment
Since the granules are composed of different fragrant base raw materials, the different fragrant base powders must be fully mixed before entering the granulation process, otherwise there will be a problem of inconsistent taste.
The single batch feeding capacity of the mixing equipment can reach 1800 liters, and the 360° rotating design can ensure uniform mixing and can meet the needs of large-scale production.
200L Production Granulator
The granulation process is divided into two parts: granule formation and drying. The selection of technology of both stages affects the quality of the granules.
According to the characteristics of the product formula, we have customized two granulation equipment suitable for heat-not-burn smoke-releasing granules, a 25L experimental granulator and a 200L production granulator, the granules do not have to go through these steps, such as extrusion, spheronization, etc., it can be formed once in the blending process, and the granules are uniform.
